Pursuant to Legislative Decree May 22, 1999, no.185 (contracts concluded remotely), the goods travel at the recipient's risk, so UNIKEY SRL is not responsible for any theft and/or damage and/or total or partial losses.
The risk of damage or loss of the product passes to the recipient at the time of shipment of the goods (handover of the package to the courier responsible for subsequent delivery to the customer).
The goods are shipped insured only if expressly requested by the customer, with an additional charge for the related service.
It is important that the customer, upon receipt of the goods, verifies that: The number of packages delivered corresponds to the one indicated in the accompanying invoice; The goods match what is indicated in the invoice; The packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet or altered or tampered with, even in the closure materials/seals.
Any damages or discrepancies in the number of packages, as well as any delivery delays, must be immediately contested to the courier who makes the delivery, with the notation 'received with reservation for shortage and/or damage of n°… packages' on the appropriate invoice and communicated to UNIKEY SRL within seven calendar days.
Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven calendar days of receipt.
The customer assumes full responsibility for each declaration. Once the courier's document is signed, the customer cannot contest the external characteristics of the delivered items or the number of packages received.
