Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories originally received with the order.
In the event that the customer receives faulty goods or an error occurs in the shipment by expotob.com, the same return instructions as stated above must be followed.
Expotob.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for faulty merchandise and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
Returns may be refused and returned to the customer if the items show signs of use.
All returned items are inspected by expotob.com and must meet all the criteria listed in the return procedure.
Customized items cannot be returned.
