PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS FOR REASONS OF CHANGE OF MIND OR REQUESTING A DIFFERENT SIZE/STYLE.
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THE ITEM MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
  • ITEMS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED.
  • ITEMS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED, WITH ALL THE APPLICATION KIT TOOLS INTACT.
  • THE PACKAGING MUST BE THE ORIGINAL.
  • YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PHOTOS OF THE ITEMS AND WAIT FOR OUR INSPECTION.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

  • RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT, AS STATED IN ARTICLE 14 OF DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • THE PACKAGE MUST BE RETURNED WITH ALL THE INCLUDED TOOLS.
  • THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE COVERED BY THE SELLER.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Submitting the Return Request
  • In the order management area, you can easily submit a return request.
  • Select the quantity of products to be returned and provide the reason for the return.
  • If the reason for the return concerns product quality or damage, you will need to provide a photo of the product.
  • These photos should reflect the actual condition of the product upon receipt to ensure a quick refund process.
2. Verification and Approval
  • Our team of professionals will carefully review your return request.
  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Shipping the Returned Products
  • After receiving the confirmation email, please provide the address and available time for the courier pickup appointment.
  • We will send you the shipping label PDF to be attached to the package.
4. Processing the Refund
  • Once we receive the returned products, we will complete the refund process within 14 business days.
  • The refund will be made to the account used for the original payment.

  • We strongly recommend reading and understanding our return policy, especially the section related to providing accurate photos of the product to avoid refund rejection.
  • Ensure that the returned products are shipped to our warehouse within the specified period, as delays may prevent the processing of the refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories originally received with the order.
In the event that the customer receives faulty goods or an error occurs in the shipment by expotob.com, the same return instructions as stated above must be followed.
Expotob.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for faulty merchandise and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
Returns may be refused and returned to the customer if the items show signs of use.
All returned items are inspected by expotob.com and must meet all the criteria listed in the return procedure.
Customized items cannot be returned.
